Our zesty and caring educators at The Lemonade Stand Early Education have been carefully selected to join our early childhood learning service. While all of our educators display a high range of skills, it’s just as important to us that they share the same love and passion for teaching to ensure our children become the best they can be to laugh, learn and grow. 

Our service, locally owned, is here to assist all our families and community along this early learning journey. We will be there for the ups and downs – cheering for those big little achievements. We love teaching and from the minute you walk through our doors you’ll become part of The Lemonade Stand Early Education community.

Our Director and shining diamond, originally from a small town in Victoria; with over 16 years in childcare and after school care industry; relocated to Bribie Island a few years ago. When she goes back to visit, the children she cared for are now grown and can still recall her efforts and teachings, a true educator at heart. We are grateful for her extensive experience and passion that she brings to The Lemonade Stand Early Education. Her dedication to the children and our Service Philosophy is demonstrated daily.

Did you know….

Julie has a beautiful zest about her; she must know the secret to life. With over 12 years working with children, she continues to care for all children as if they are her own. She ensures each child feels safe, secure and confident and most of all loved. Her love of cooking, beach walks and quality time with family is her fav way to spend her free time.

When Ms. Krystal enters the room smiles shine brighter and cheers of delight can be heard in every studio ☀️ As a training Educator who is working towards her Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Ms. Krystal, has the best attitude and dedication for all children, crew and families. Ms. Krystal has inherited her passion for childcare and education from her caring Mum, who has been in the industry for years and is a true inspiration to us all! ❤️🍋❤️

Did you know…

Our lovely Lourdes, has been looking after our little ones since we opened and has been caring for children for 10 years. Her inspiration comes from the children and her own family. Being on Bribie Island, spending time with family camping is how she likes to spend her free time. When around Lourdes, you feel like family, her presence is like a warm hug.

Did you know….

Known for her infectious smile and nurturing demeanour, Ms. Mackayla has genuine love for each child and cherishes the joy that fills the classroom like the sweet scent of blooming flowers.

As Ms. Mackayla embarks on her early learning journey at The Lemonade Stand Early Education, she brings with her a blend of expertise, passion, and a touch of sweetness that makes every day a delightful adventure for our little learners.

Did you know….

Amelie, shines bright and makes you feel warm like the sun in her presence; making it the perfect fit for our Assistant Educator in the Sunbeam Studio.  One of her favourite things about working at our service is great commute and living at the beach. Amelie has been at The Lemonade Stand Early Education for over 2 years working on her Certificate III and has enjoyed meeting all of the children and families. Congratulations, Amelie for completing your Certificate III!

Did you know….

Lisa, a ray of sunshine for our Sunbeam Studio, brings over 9 years of early childhood education to our service. One of her favourite things about working at our service is the friendly-family feeling you get, but her favourite thing is how close we are located to the beach and waterways. (Well, that’s probably one of our favorites too:)

Our zesty Educator in Training; Tyoni, keeps us smiling with her loving and witty nature. Tyoni has decided to pursue her career in early childhood education and is working towards her Certification III. She has always had a love for children and is great addition to our zesty crew. Keep up the great work Tyoni!

Did you know….

Meet Ms. Emma!  With 14 years of experience working with children, including 12 years along the beautiful coast of Ocean Grove, Victoria, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our team. After moving to Qld two years ago, she explored her love for health and physical education, and now she’s excited to return to early childhood education. Emma’s teaching style is inspired by the Montessori approach, encouraging children to take control of their learning in a fun and relaxed environment. She also has a soft spot for class pets—her first one, a goldfish, has been thriving for over a decade! Outside of the classroom, you’ll likely find Emma camping or adventuring with her two border collies, from the beach to the bush!

Robyn has a talent with helping our little ones bloom and grow in all our studios. She makes everyone feel at home and welcomed anytime they enter the service, allowing the kids to play and learn in all our environments. We watch the children light up with Miss Robyn. We all shine a little brighter when Miss Robyn is around✨

With over 5 years of enriching experience in early childhood education, Ms Donna is a cherished member of The Lemonade Stand Early Education family. Guided by our motto “Children Laugh, Learn, and Grow,” Ms Donna is dedicated to creating a joyful and nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

Ms Donna believes in the power of play-based learning and brings a wealth of creativity and enthusiasm to the studios. Whether it’s through imaginative play, interactive storytelling, or hands-on activities, Ms Donna ensures that each day is filled with laughter and discovery.

Did you know…

Our amazing Kitchen Guru, Miss Di, is the best. She definitely puts the secret ingredient – love, in every meal. The kids love the food and are always asking her what she is making next! Miss Di loves the children and working with her family in the family-owned learning service. When she’s not cooking for our little ones, she enjoys spending time at Bribie’s best parks and beaches with her family.

Inspired to change careers by her own daughter and her fondness for creative play, Ms. Molly transitioned from a successful background in hospitality and marketing to pursue her passion for early childhood learning. She brings a unique blend of creativity, organisation, and marketing acumen to our service, ensuring both our educational programs and our community outreach are top-notch.
